Now, we are carrying these values into a new, future-oriented corporate structure: Together with our long-standing partners RTS, TMG, and STM, we are actively shaping the future of the textile industry – as part of the newly established RTS Textiles Group Ltd.

A Powerful Alliance for the Future of Professional Textiles

In a major strategic move, our parent company, RTS Textiles Ltd, has announced the consolidation of all its business units and joint ventures under a unified structure: RTS Textiles Group Ltd (RTS Group). Effective March 24, 2025, this new corporate group will serve as a global center of excellence for professional and protective textiles – built on the combined strengths of RTS, TMG – Acabamentos Têxteis S.A., and Sapphire Textile Mills Limited (STM).

The RTS Group brings together leading brands and companies in the industry – including Carrington Textiles, Pincroft, Alltex, as well as the joint ventures CTI (Asia), MGC (Portugal), and Melchior Textil in Germany. The existing management teams will remain in place, ensuring continuity, dependability, and close customer relationships.

The new RTS Textiles Group is built upon a close and long-standing collaboration between the participating companies:

RTS: A market leader in flame-retardant (FR) fabrics for PPE as well as printed fabrics for military applications.
TMG: A specialist in weaving, dyeing, and finishing high-quality fabrics for workwear.
STM: A fully integrated manufacturer with comprehensive expertise in spinning, weaving, and finishing.
