To strategically leverage synergies within the RTS Textiles Group

One of our priorities for 2026 is to leverage synergies more effectively within the RTS Textiles Group. A particular focus is on closer collaboration with our sister companies to better connect competencies, know-how, and product portfolios.

Against this background, our sales team visited our sister company, Carrington Textiles in England, for two days at the beginning of January. During the visit, the team gained extensive insights into a wide range of product lines and materials. In addition to the presentation of numerous textiles, detailed product training sessions were held to provide a thorough understanding of the applications and unique features of Carrington products.

This investment in knowledge and exchange pays off: starting in 2026, Melchior Textiles’ sales team will also offer Carrington Textiles’ product portfolio within their sales territory. This allows us to strategically expand our offerings and serve our customers even more comprehensively—particularly in the area of personal protective equipment. At the same time, this step underscores our commitment to strengthening collaboration within the RTS Textiles Group and creating added value for our customers together.

The RTS Textiles Group offers its partners a high-performance workwear portfolio worldwide, with production capabilities both in Europe and the Far East. A key component in Asia is CTI, which strengthens the Group as an important pillar in the Far East.

Thanks to harmonized fabric qualities and production processes, the materials can be used and interchanged independently of location—a clear advantage for partners who want to align their garment production flexibly and with a future-oriented approach.
