Melcher Textil – Team Event 2025 in Summer Heat at 36°C!

This year’s team event took us from Wangen to Lindau by shuttle – and from there, out onto the water under glorious sunshine: an impressive three-country cruise on Lake Constance provided the perfect setting for meaningful conversations away from the daily work routine.

Back at the hotel in Wangen, we ended the day with a relaxed barbecue evening – full of lively conversations, strong team spirit, and (with these temperatures) a serious thirst.

A special highlight: our colleague Thomas Wagner celebrated his 15th work anniversary – our heartfelt congratulations and sincere thanks for his loyalty and outstanding dedication!

Moments like these strengthen our team – both personally and professionally. We’re looking forward to everything 2025 still has in store!
